Making its debut, it is learned by investing 54 skill points into Jessica's Sex Appeal skill tree. It costs 3 MP to use, and deals 65~75 damage, in addition to potentiality confusing an enemy.
Dragon Quest X[]
Only appearing as an enemy skill, it is used by the Sweet Troll in battle, and deals 100~120 damage to an enemy, in addition to mesmerizing said enemy.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Learned by investing 14 skill points into Jade's Allure Character Builder, it costs 12 MP to use and deals about 335 to 355 damage to an enemy, in addition to mesmerizing said enemy, just like in X. Its power is dependent on her Charm stat, and is also used by her Jinxed forme in battle.

Dragon Quest Heroes and Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Learned by Jessica, it costs 6 MP to use, and explodes on a mob of enemies, scattering hearts in the process. It is also useful for getting past enemies that rely on guarding.

Learned by Foebergines at level 18, Remotes at level 20, and already learned by Jessica when she is recruited, it acts the same as in its last two main series appearances and costs 42 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Walk[]
Learned at level 30 when wielding the Hypnowhip, it inflicts 375% combined ATK and Magical Might physical Zam damage to 1 enemy, while potentially charming it or confusing it, the latter of which is the first time since VIII.

- The Sexy Beam is also a name of the signature character skill used by Etna from Disgaea (2003) series.
- Sexy Beam is a secret New Game + ranged attack in Silent Hill 3 (2003). Heather must transform into Princess Heart to use this attack that somewhat resembles the one in Dragon Quest.
