Biography[]

Encountered in Moonahan, he first appears as the Peculiar Priest where he praises the Young Thief for bringing the Water Sigil he stole from Atlas's underlings Wild Hog, Pillager, and Surgical Spirit, though the thief doesn't give it to him, demanding to know if the Children of Hargon would heal his sister as agreed upon, but the Priest says that an infidel shouldn't speak the High Priest's name so casually and reveals himself to be a monster. Initially shocked over the Priest's true appearance, the Young Thief rebukes and asks if his offer still stands, but the Sinister Minister mocks him for thinking that he would help his sister and prepares to kill him, though the Scions of Erdrick interfere, causing the monster to fight them alongside two Grimlins, though he loses and pleads to Pazuzu for mercy before dying and disappearing.
