It costs 16 MP to use, and deals 90-230 wind damage to all enemies, while dealing 200~240 wind base damage and 400~440 wind damage if the Sword of Light or one of its reforged forms is equipped. When the Lost Lovers side quest is completed, its MP cost rises to 32, and deals more damage based on his strength.

Making its game debut, it appears as a cooperation tactic used when Gigaslash and Thin Air are used at the same time, dealing about 550 damage to one enemy, and even further if the enemy is a Bird family monster.

A sword skill Coup de Grâce of the Avan Style Sword Technique is the legendary Evil-repelling Air Slash, a sword technique that represent Aura of Light control that can cut through the unseen and be able to distinguish presences which can use to destroy an opponent's weak point. The user sheathes their sword and then performs a draw-cut which can strikes directly at the spirit of the opponent. This sword technique is more affected against monsters that are created by Evil magic like Flazzard and the Orichalcum Royal Guards and is also capable of destroying the power of dark Aura. It the most difficulty sword technique because they can't see the enemy's evil nature, the only way to do that is to see through the mind's eye by opening their third eye and feeling the souls of the surroundings, which is more of a mental technique rather than a physical one unlike the other two. It cannot be used with Dark Aura which why Hyunckel not master it.

Learned by Dai at level 52 and Percival at level 42, it deals 300% physical Woosh damage to 1 enemy and costs 60 MP to use, while upgrading the skill increases damage dealt and reduces MP cost.
