Dragon Quest IX[]
Making its debut, it is used by Goresby-Purrvis and Excalipurr to damage enemies, while potentially knocking them down.
Dragon Quest X[]
Acting the same as in IX, it is used by Otherworldly Goresby-Purrvis, as well as Goresby-Purrvis and Excalipurr once again, but can be avoided if possible.
Dragon Quest Heroes and Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Appearing as a combo of Luceus and Aurora, it is used by pressing the □ and △ buttons (Y and X buttons in the Nintendo Switch version) to swing the sword from bottom to top to sweep away enemies in front of them. In the sequel, it is learned by advancing to Level 3 of Lazarel's Twin Sword Proficiency.
Dragon Quest Tact[]
Learned by Goresby-Purrvis at level 32 and Sir Mervyn at level 33, it inflicts 250% potency physical damage to all enemies in a small T-shaped area in front. It costs 56 MP to use, while upgrading the skill increases damage dealt and reduces MP cost.
