A splutterfly is a monster who appears in the Dragon Quest series.

Characteristics

The splutterfly is a butterfly monster and it has a much darker hue to it than it's colorful creepy brethren, suggesting it's a much more malicious monster. The purple majestic wings that hold it aloft distract prey so it can build up and blast with Boom and boost defenses with Kabuff.
