30	MP Recovery +5%	Increases the recovery of MP by 5 when wielding this weapon and every time the wielder defeats an enemy player.
40	Fizzle Resistance +10%	Increases the wielder's resistance to having their spells Fizzled by 10 when wielding this weapon
50	Maximum MP +10	Increases the wielder's max MP by 10 when wielding this weapon
