The Swordsman's Labyrinth is an underground cavern in Dragon Quest VIII, and contains the famous treasure, the Venus' tear.
Story[]
In Pickham, a thief steals and sells on Princess Medea, believing her to be just a normal horse. After the party track him down, Yangus threatens him into revealing that he sold it on to Red. The party then go and visit Red, in an attempt to get the Princess back.
Red agrees to give you the Princess, but only if you bring her the Venus Tear from inside the Swordsman's Labyrinth. The party agree, and explore the labyrinth. Upon reaching the end, they fight and defeat a Trap box to claim the Tear.
