Manga differences
- The scenes in the Dark Forest are removed up to them seeing Romos Castle
- There is no blood on Crocodine's injury after his eye was cut in the flashback.
- Added the inn keeper's surprise at the party being without an adult.
- Changed the Inn logo from "INN" to a bed logo
- Added the flashabck of the Fake Heroes on Dermline. Removed the scene of Zulbon greeting Gome and Masopho inviting Popp to play poker.
- Maam sleeping clothes are changed from panties to shorts and the top does not show her midriff, Zurbon's nightie is not see-through and Masopho wears pyjamas instead of a gown and has similar headwear to his daytime one. Herohreo's trousers do not have polka dots.
- Removed the scene of Maam pulling Dai away from the window for he not to be seen by Crocodine.
- Crocodine defeats the soldiers using a sort of Woosh spell, instead of his tail and his garuda already left.
- When Maam's punches Popp, launching him to the wall, it doesn't collapse.
- The Furfang Legion, especially the Bewarewolf's attack are censored to not draw human blood. The confused soldier does not draw blood from his comrades either. Dai does not bleed after Crocodine's knee attack.
- Dai sends the Frizz spell at Crocodine without hitting it with a double hammerfist punch like what he did in his training.
- When Brass calls Dai out, he does not threaten him to die. The flashbacks are adapted as if new scenes although the manga panels were from previous chapters.
- Cut Zaboera's monologue short after Crocodine talks about throwing his pride away
- Brass' spell against Dai and Maam before he grabs him is stated to be a Frizzle when it was unammed in the manga.
Trivia
Although Brass and the Romos King met each other in the first episode of the anime, it is not acknowledged in the episode when the King sees him with Crocodine
