Dragon Quest X[]
Appearing as one of Monster Tarot's arcane effects, it generates a magic circle that Dazzles enemies who are unfortunate to step in it, though only one can be generated per battle. From 6.1 onwards, if 22 skill points are invested into the Fortune Teller's Whip skill tree, the success rate is increased alongside the Star tarot card and if 110 skill points invested, its appearance time is extended by 15 seconds. It costs 4 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Heroes II[]
Learned by Meena at level 9 of her card proficiency, it damages marked enemies and has a high chance of Dazzling them, lasting for 15 seconds. It costs 12 MP to use.
