The Other Side

The Other Side is a dungeon in Dragon Quest XI. It is located in the far end of the Ruins of Nhou Wat. It contains the Magic key.

Story[]

Road to Yggdrasil[]

The party is pulled into the mural after investigating the ruins. After the party talks about how it doesn't makes sense but push on to save Dora. They find the locals from the previous day waving their arms in front of a mural exactly like the one from the ruins. This mural welcomes the party to be a part of her masterpiece especially the Luminary. The mural opens the way and the missing people follow the path with the party close behind. A vine monster then appears and absorbs the villagers but is unable to absorb the party thanks to the Luminary. Erik directs the group to escape and they leave via a crack.

When the party returns, they navigate the maze and face Dora-in-Grey. Once they beat her, they free her captives, get the magic key and escape.
