Biography[]
Toadalitarian appears alongside Mariella and 4 Women o’ war in the Mermaids' Sanctuary, where he begs his superior to not kill the Queen of the Mermaids since they were ordered to kidnap her alive and that Belial would be mad if she died, but Mariella angrily blows him off saying she deserves to die since she believes herself to be more prettier than her. When the Scions of Erdrick confront her and her underlings, Toadalitarian listens to the banter from all sides before being ordered by Mariella to fight them alongside the 4 Women o' War, though he, 2 of them, and 2 Venomolluscs lose. Toadalitarian begs Mariella to help him, but she scoffs at the idea of helping him, since she brings up the fact he was concerned with telling her to how conduct herself and earning Belial's approval, while wishing for his aid. Toadalitarian weakly tells Mariella that he and his subordinates merely thought to spare her from Belial's ire and that he would be hopping mad if she deviated from orders, though he is killed by his superior with an ice spell and Mariella retreats to her lair.

Etymology[]
The villain's name is a play on the phrase Totalitarian, a form of government that seeks to assert total control over the lives of its citizens.
