The Tower Sentry is a boss monster in Dragon Quest VI, and a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.

The tower sentry is a knight monster and is armed with a hefty halberd and spooky skull embossed shield, the Tower sentry can be a tough tussle. Saving his strength for several turns allows him to deal devastating big blows. In Gardsbane Tower, the Tower sentry gives you the option of going up against him or going around. This is a ruse however, as he will simply challenge you anyway if you take the longer route.
