Victimiser is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series.

Dragon Quest IX[]
Making its debut, it is learned when 35 skill points allocated into the Knife skill tree, and will inflict 50% more damage to the ailing target with Poison and Paralysis. It costs 3 MP to use, and is also used by Cannibelles and Morag in battle against their enemies.
Dragon Quest X[]
Learned when 100 skill points are invested into the Knife skill tree, it acts the same as in IX, but can also be more deadly with dual wielding, while also being enhanced with the Master Orb system. It costs 3 MP to use once again and is also used by the Guren's Hive Queen in battle.
Dragon Quest XI[]
Learned when 13 skill points are invested into Erik's Knives Character Builder and 16 skill points for Sylvando's Knives Character Builder, it costs 5 MP to use and will deal 620% damage to monsters that are poisoned or paralyzed, all other enemies taking 110% damage. The Golden Boy also uses it when he has become a minion of Arachtagon in the 3DS version and 2D Mode of the Definitive Edition.
