Wave of Relief is a recurring ability in the Dragon Quest series.

Making its main series debut, it is obtained by completing quest #94 (Nurtural Selection) and equipping the Priest's Primer Scroll. It removes most negative status effects from all party members.

Requirement | Heal party members at critical HP (when their name/hp is an orange color) with Moreheal 20 times. This must be done during a battle. |

Detail | The old man down the well in Wormwood Creek wants you to mind his monster. When HP gets low, the gauge turns yellow, then orange. Bring party members back from the orange edge twenty times with Moreheal to prove yourself. |
Hint for solution | First, go to the Magmaroo and walk in the lava until your HP reaches 1. Then fight with monsters and use Moreheal 20 times. |

Now an enemy only skill, it is used by Pusgon, her awakened form, Monsterous Marine, Id, Tyrant Basagrande, Araniad, Kukulkannibal, Pazuzu, Soul of Baramos, Red Beast Buzzred, Gracos, Fuzzma's Decoys, Goushirsha, King Dominus, Legirrazzo, Breeding Beast, Yin's Trial, Galdodon, Sword Devil Spirit, Anlucia the Maluminary's Sword of Destruction forme, Mitron, Heavenly King slime, Primeval Slime, and Aamon to remove most negative status effects from themselves.

Acting the same as in previous appearances, it is learned by Dragon slimes and Elder slimes at level 28, Axolhotls at level 31, and newly reincarnated Gem slimes and Brave Imitation Squad, costing 56 MP to use.
Dragon Quest Keshi Keshi![]
Acting differently from previous appearances, it is the skill of Fluffy and Yellow Ninja Slime that restores the player's HP and can be used 3 times per battle stage.
