The well wisher is a monster who appears in the Dragon Quest series.

Characteristics

The well wisher is a well monster with a demonic physique that barely fits in the well itself, and red-orange pock marked skin, drool dripping from its maw, the Well Wisher can be a terrifying surprise for adventurers looking to explore the bottom of unexplored wells. In battle the Well Wisher hurls stone that skip across and do damage to the entire party, along with holding its breath for a boisterously big attack. At times the Well Wisher will just sit and grin manically rather than attacking, and others it will duck back into it's lair and leap up to surprise the party, making them miss a turn.
