Whackanape is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.
Characteristics[]
The Whackanape is a powerful primate that, contrary to its name, thankfully never casts any instant death spells. A purple pallet swap of the Jackanape, it has proven the most popular of the troop and has gone on to appear in spinoff titles while the other two make sparse reappearances.
