The Yggdrasil Flower is a key item in Chapter 6 in the remake of Dragon Quest IV.
Story
After a hard, but ultimately victorius battle against Foo Yung and Chow Mein, the Hero and their party are rewarded with the blooming of the Yggdrasil Flower, which is shown to them on a magic portrait.
The party travels to Yggdrasil to find and obtain it. By using it on the lone grave at Rosehill, they resurrect Psaro's girlfriend, Rose.
During that time, Sparkie takes his leave from the group, with Rose speculating that it's a Zenithian custom to report the Flower's bloom.
Details
Unlike the more common Yggdrasil Leaf, the Yggdrasil Flower normally blooms rarely at once every thousand years. Also, unlike the leaves, it can only revive someone beyond the power of the church and the use of the leaf or the Kazing spell.
Location
The Yggdrasil Flower's blooming place is at the top of the Yggdrasil, close to where the Zenithian sword was.
