Dragon Quest IV[]
The Zenithian helm has a defence bonus of +30, and protects against confusion, paralysis, and sleep. It can only be worn by the hero.
Dragon Quest V[]
It is the second best helm in the game. It is acquired in Helmunaptra during the third generation. Prior to this, the helmet does not fit on the hero's head, as he is not the chosen one.
Dragon Quest IX[]
In Dragon Quest IX the Zenithian Helm is a very rare helmet dropped only by Dhoulmagus, Estark and Nokturnus. It gives 31 defense and can be sold for 5,000 G.
Dragon Quest of the Stars[]
While there are the two sets of Legendary Equipment appear in Dragon Quest of the Stars as gacha equipment, this is the DQIV/DQV version alongside the Zenithian sword, Zenithian armour top, Zenithian armour bottom and the Zenithian shield. It is alchemizable but cannot be awakened.

Dragon Quest Tact[]
The Zenithian Helm is an S-rank helmet that can be acquired as part of the limited True Dragon Quest IV event by gathering migrants to The Haven through various challenges. It has a Defense bonus of +12, raises the physical potency of Hero units by 2% and has three slots for Alchemy Effects.
Dragon Quest Treasures[]
The Zenithian helm is treasure number 15 in the legendary armor category. It's base value is 51,090,000 G.
