Zenus is a major character in Dragon Quest X.
Personality[]
When inhabiting Anlucia's body, he is a pompous individual. After he was revived, Zenus is actually a gentle-mannered young man.

Biography[]
Goddess Luciana's youngest child, he is the Astoltian God of the Humans and once slayed his eldest brother Nadraga with the Sword of Condemnation when he became a member of their mother's mortal enemy and tried to make his people rule over the other races. He pitied his brother's turn to evil and refusal to forgive, before sealing his 5 body parts away in Nagaland. During the story of Version 7, the Hero and their allies go out to revive him after his uncle is defeated in Zenias to stop the Curse of Lost Creation from spreading to Astoltia, only for it to continue via Executioner Gangabra and his master. After regenerating the Scarlet Stone of God, his spirit awakens in Anlucia's body. In order to completely break the Curse of Lost Creation, he temporarily refused the position of chief god of Zenias, and left to meet Goda's successor, completely unaware that the Netherworld already went through various Archfiends and conflicts.
